The Licensed Clinical Therapist role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. It contributes to coordinated care by collaborating with the clinical and pain-management teams, documenting services, and helping evaluate treatment approaches.

What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients in an outpatient pain clinic
• conduct weekly psychoeducational classes for Functional Restoration Program participants
• provide brief therapy and evaluate clinical progress for program participants
• assess clients and develop treatment plans
• refer clients to other clinic modalities as needed
• document care in the EMR
• provide care consistent with legal and ethical standards
• participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences.

Why this role

Requires California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or psychologist. Trauma experience and/or work alongside first responders is sought; chronic-pain assessment and treatment experience is required. Spanish bilingual ability, group experience, and EMDR capability are preferred or a plus as stated.
