The Home Manager coordinates household operations and supports the health, safety, and daily needs of individuals served. The role maintains medical and financial records, coordinates with providers and staff, and helps ensure the home and its vehicles are properly maintained.

What you'll do

• Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups
• monitor medication records and supplies
• coordinate with medical and other professionals
• ensure medical forms and contacts are documented
• maintain household supplies, cleanliness, grounds, and vehicles
• complete incident and medication-error reports
• provide input on direct-care staff performance
• monitor petty cash, budgets, and transportation needs
• complete written reports and support individual training.
