What you'll do

• Review provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documents
• coordinate with contracting, credentialing, roster operations, rate configuration, and leadership
• escalate missing information, discrepancies, duplicate records, interpretation questions, and system issues
• manage assigned work and track open issues
• participate in process improvement
• comply with operational, regulatory, and PHI requirements.
