Returns Coordinator

The Returns Coordinator role is onsite in Mokena, IL. Pay is $28–$33 per hour. Provisur Technologies develops food processing equipment, aftermarket parts, and service for customers worldwide. The coordinator manages customer product returns and order-fulfillment issues, working with customers, vendors, and internal teams to determine solutions and deliver replacement or repaired products promptly. The role also supports operational coordination and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Process and log customer returns and RMAs in the OMS system
• manage returns through receipt
• evaluate returned products and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on solutions
• recommend and assist with continuous improvement
• communicate between the stock room and sourcing department
• organize and maintain the Rejected Goods area and mystery shelf
• coordinate overflow handling and disposition with the Sourcing Team.
