Quality Control Operations Manager

The Quality Control Operations Manager role is onsite in Ellabell, GA, with a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule expected from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM; rotating weekends and overtime may be required, and the schedule may change with production needs. The salary range is $106,000–$112,000 per year. The role supports Glovis EV Logistics America’s Consolidation Center/Operations/Quality Control department, providing logistics, warehousing, and inventory services to HMGMA. The manager leads quality systems and process improvement for logistics operations, including parts control, inspections, and warehouse management system use. The role develops the quality team, coordinates with suppliers and clients, tracks performance, and reports quality initiatives and operational improvements to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead quality systems and processes
• develop QC team members
• manage new-vehicle parts launches and pilot inspection plans
• review and close monthly process defect claims
• support ISO 9001 and 14001 renewals
• monitor parts and packaging
• support PM-shift team members
• identify and implement process improvements
• improve WMS utilization and maintain logistical masters
• prepare and present month-end reports and weekly quality metrics
• manage part problem report registration
• coordinate subcontractors and WMS projects
• develop supplier and client relationships
• report process issues and updates to upper management.
