• monitor inventory, reorder stock, and manage returns or exchanges
• provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance
• maintain sales, inventory, and order records
• collaborate with service, sales, and management teams
• lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
• participate in available training programs.
