Youth Soccer Field Supervisor

The Youth Soccer Field Supervisor role is onsite in Mount Prospect, IL, primarily at Sunrise Park and Majewski Park. Pay is $15 per hour. The Mt. Prospect Park District provides recreational programs, parks, facilities, and services to the community. The supervisor oversees soccer fields and games, prepares and closes facilities, assists patrons, and responds to injuries or safety concerns. The role helps maintain safe, organized playing areas and supports the District’s youth athletic programming.

What you'll do

• Supervise soccer games
• inspect fields and set up equipment
• open gates and washrooms when applicable
• greet and assist patrons
• monitor park behavior
• attend to injuries and complete incident reports
• clean fields and put equipment away
• close and lock facilities when applicable
• report equipment, facility, or program issues
• attend staff meetings, training, and special events as needed.
