What you'll do
- Develop and conduct HVAC technical training for installers, technicians, service teams, customers, and staff
- lead classroom, hands-on, and virtual training
- provide remote technical support to branches and customers in NC, SC, and VA
- assist with product startups, service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical questions
- investigate product quality, installation, or application concerns
- develop training schedules, materials, and support resources
- maintain technical assistance logs and case documentation
- support customer and dealer events as needed
- collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service.
