What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• observe vital signs and overall condition and report changes
• support medication administration according to care plans and HIPAA regulations
• prepare meals for individual dietary needs
• assist with safe transfers using proper techniques and equipment such as Hoyer lifts
• clean and organize client spaces
• provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or community outings.
