What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee daily team activities and coach associates
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• monitor adherence to policies and standards
• review identified vehicle defects
• partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates in quality-control standards
• help complete repairs efficiently and reduce rework
• manage employee development and performance.
