What you'll do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol and drug abuse counseling
• orient patients to program operations
• collect and assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information
• develop and revise treatment plans
• make referrals and follow up
• provide intake and readmission services
• provide crisis intervention
• coordinate care with community providers
• maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance.
