What you'll do

• Process gifts and maintain donor records in databases and CRM systems
• respond to donor inquiries and coordinate acknowledgements
• prepare reports and provide administrative support
• maintain stewardship calendars and support donor events
• coordinate marketing materials, vendors, invoices, budgets, and collateral inventory
• organize special projects, records, and calendars.
