What you'll do

• Complete serialized inventory scrap sheets
• cut serialized frames and process serial-number account aliases in Oracle
• support Repair Depot operations, including RMA processing and serial-number verification
• assign serial numbers to work orders when required
• perform basic data entry
• prepare RMA billing packages and transport them to shipping
• participate in continuous-improvement tasks and 5S workplace organization
• communicate problems and corrective actions to supervision
• follow safety and ISO procedures.
