What you'll do

• Provide assigned clinical case coverage
• train surgical teams and support cases during training
• maintain knowledge of perioperative technology and hospital procedures
• prepare and maintain equipment and kits and conduct quality-control audits
• troubleshoot equipment
• provide intraoperative product support
• reconcile received, returned, and used inventory
• assist with procedural training for physicians and medical staff
• support account management and staff education in partnership with the Territory Sales Manager
• comply with company quality, labeling, and healthcare-professional interaction policies.
