What you'll do

• Conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses
• participate in state and federal litigation
• assist with discovery
• prepare for and participate in depositions
• prepare for and appear at hearings
• assist with motion practice and litigation strategy
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and litigation support
• manage matters and deadlines
• support cases through discovery, mediation, and settlement.
