What you'll do

• Build and lead a high-impact Account Development Competence Center team and define the operating model for systematic account development.
• Serve as the North America owner for our core sales processes and account development standards.
• Design, implement, and continuously evolve a scalable Account Development and Pipeline Management Framework.
• Build and deploy strategic pricing capabilities.
• Develop playbooks, training, coaching routines, and strategic workshops.
• Lead targeted account growth initiatives.
• Partner with account teams on complex opportunities.
