The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Lebanon, OR, with AM and evening shifts available. Compensation varies by experience and will be discussed on the initial call; no numeric pay range is specified. ARC Group is seeking an RN to support its clients’ clinical teams. The nurse provides and coordinates patient care, oversees care delivered by LPNs and CNAs, and supports patients and families through education and communication. The role contributes to quality and safety by maintaining accurate records and following infection-control, confidentiality, facility, and state requirements.

What you'll do

• Deliver direct patient care and oversee care provided by LPNs and CNAs
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• monitor and document patient status
• communicate findings to the healthcare team
• educate patients and families
• and maintain accurate records and infection-control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
