What you'll do

• Respond to guest requests
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, kitchen, laundry, boiler, and pool equipment
• maintain guest rooms, public areas, furniture, fixtures, and grounds
• conduct routine equipment checks
• maintain inventory and order supplies
• assist with pool and spa maintenance and safe chemical handling
• respond to emergencies
• make property rounds
• complete maintenance requests and logs
• document parts used and needed
• handle elevator breakdowns
• report unsafe conditions.
