The Operations Supervisor — Second Shift role is onsite in Downers Grove, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Pay is $20.00–$26.00 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities. InfoSend provides print, mail, and digital communication services that help organizations deliver bills, statements, and other important documents. The supervisor leads the second-shift team and coordinates daily print, mail, bindery, quality-control, and warehouse operations. The role supports timely production, quality and safety standards, staff development, and resolution of equipment, material, and workflow issues.

What you'll do

• Oversee print, mail, manual fulfillment, and warehouse operations
• schedule production to meet deadlines and improve uptime and productivity
• enforce quality and safety standards
• manage postal activities and regulatory compliance
• supervise, coach, and schedule staff
• support training and cross-training
• resolve equipment, material, and workflow issues
• manage equipment installations, projects, and inventory
• document job sign-offs, defects, and performance trends.
