Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor

What you'll do

• Complete client assessments, reassessments, supervisory visits, and care plan reviews
• maintain accurate care plans and electronic documentation
• guide caregivers
• communicate with clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and office staff
• identify changes in condition, safety concerns, and training needs
• assist with quality assurance, chart reviews, and clinical compliance
• support safe home care
• respond to clinical concerns during assigned on-call rotations
• and collaborate with Scheduling, HR, Marketing, and leadership.
