What you'll do

• Assist with topographical, location, and construction surveys
• prepare highway and bridge construction drawings
• participate in bridge and highway inspections
• process right-of-way permits
• prepare specifications and review bids
• inspect and inventory road culverts
• coordinate utilities
• respond to public inquiries
• support township road improvements and ditch maintenance
• investigate hazardous traffic locations
• and operate county vehicles for job duties.
