What you'll do
- Facilitate Level II reporting investigations
- assist with data collection and submissions to the State, CMS, and NPA
- maintain infection control programs and monitor infection rates
- oversee the Skin Integrity program
- assist with policies and procedures
- support safety initiatives and assessments
- collaborate with the Quality Committee on the annual quality improvement plan
- audit clinical documentation
- review trends and facilitate improvement initiatives
- support EMR use
- assist with education during new-hire orientation.
