What you'll do
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
- Collaborate with resident and family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and provide resident education.
