Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Glen Allen, VA. Pay is $100,000–$125,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage projects from lease review and planning through design, permitting, bidding, construction, procurement, installation, and move management
• develop and monitor budgets and schedules
• prepare requests for proposals, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts
• oversee contractors and vendors
• review change orders and invoices
• coordinate punch lists and tenant improvement allowances
• close out documentation
• set project meetings
• facilitate dispute resolution
• advise management of risks and obtain approvals for changes.
