Production Operator II

The Production Operator II is an onsite role based in Eugene, OR, with a wage of $18+ per hour. This position supports the Post Consumer Brands plant by operating production equipment. The role exists to manage the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced safely and efficiently. By performing quality checks, adjusting machinery, and maintaining sanitation standards, the operator contributes to meeting production throughput and waste reduction goals.

What you'll do

• Manage all steps in the operation process, including: Batching ingredients, operating ovens and other technical equipment, yielding finished lbs., sanitation of the equipment and tools, and proper inventory management.
• Perform necessary quality checks of product at all stages of production to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Use computers and tools to take appropriate and regular machine readings.
• Report machine problems to the shift supervisor or lead.
