Loan Servicing Representative

The Loan Servicing Representative role is onsite in Boston, MA. Compensation is $28.54–$29.47 per hour. The position supports the City of Boston Credit Union's Loan Servicing department and its loan portfolio. The representative onboards and maintains loans, responds to member inquiries, and completes operational and compliance tasks. Accurate servicing and reporting help protect collateral, maintain member accounts, and support the credit union's lending operations.

What you'll do

• Onboard mortgage, HELOC, home equity, and consumer loans in the Core COCC Insight System
• handle loan maintenance, member inquiries, reports, and daily functions
• review lending reports and determine solutions
• perfect auto-loan certificates of title
• assist with tax escrow and monitoring
• monitor flood insurance and escrow
• coordinate forced-place insurance
• process mortgage discharges
• review PMI reports and process eligible cancellations
• submit disability and life insurance claims
• maintain accounts and variable-rate loan settings
• handle credit-card maintenance
• comply with policies and regulations.
