Concrete Foreman

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise concrete crew members, assign daily tasks, and oversee concrete placement, leveling, finishing, and curing. Read blueprints and project specifications
• coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections
• monitor progress and report updates to the Superintendent or project manager
• resolve onsite issues
• maintain an organized and safe job site
• enforce safety policies
• and support safety meetings, accident investigations, corrective actions, and personnel development. Overnight travel may be needed for projects outside the local area
• long hours, evenings, and weekends may be required as needed.
