Electromechanical Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and service equipment
• follow OSHA, customer, and company safety requirements
• respond to service calls
• document work using a handheld device
• perform cost-effective repairs
• seek technical support when needed
• order repair parts and maintain inventory
• arrive prepared with tools and safety equipment
• travel between customer locations
• reconcile inventory and return parts as requested
• evaluate preventable service problems and educate or make recommendations to customers as directed.

Why this role
