Bilingual Leasing Consultant

The Bilingual Leasing Consultant position is onsite in Tucker, GA. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Answer questions and digitally show apartments
• explain community features and support leasing
• follow up with prospective residents by email and phone
• maintain relationships with prospective and current residents
• respond to requests and complaints and manage work orders
• assist with renewals and leasing paperwork
• process applications, including credit and rental-history checks
• participate in rent collection procedures and required training. May assist with special projects, due diligence, property acquisition or disposition, and company-sponsored activities.
