After-School Caregiver

The After-School Caregiver is an onsite role in Fraser, Michigan, working in clients’ homes and supporting community activities. Pay is $17.13–$18.35 per hour. ExpertCare serves community mental health recipients in Southeast Michigan. The caregiver works one-to-one with recipients to support daily goals, encourage skill building, and promote participation in the community. The role contributes to recipients’ personal development by following care plans and providing dependable, compassionate assistance.

What you'll do

• Work one-to-one with recipients in their homes
• support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities
• accompany recipients into the community to support personal goals
• follow care plans and work independently
• complete required background checks and screenings.
