What you'll do

• Build authentic relationships with members
• coach members in support of desired behavior changes
• introduce new members to group exercise communities based on their goals
• answer wellness questions
• share information and tools about wellness programs
• may conduct post-enrollment interviews and develop plans for individual needs
• maintain and clean equipment
• follow YMCA procedures and respond to emergencies
• participate in staff meetings.
