What you'll do

• Oversee cash application, account reconciliations, collections, and process improvement
• train and guide the accounts receivable team
• coach employees and support development
• monitor aging reports, resolve disputes, reduce past-due balances, and report collection performance
• handle escalated concerns
• serve as a primary contact for Finance, Sales, and Operations
• monitor workflow tasks.
