What you'll do

• Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
• participate in community recruitment activities and organize events
• monitor recruitment sites and follow up with applicants
• facilitate applications and onboarding
• schedule and host orientations
• manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion
• maintain personnel compliance and records
• work with branch leaders on compliance policies
• conduct quarterly compliance reviews and report recruitment and retention data
• support training, performance evaluations, background checks, and employee verifications.
