What you'll do

• Coordinate daily execution across assigned fabrication areas
• align department priorities, sequence, staffing, and handoffs with the approved production plan
• review work-in-progress, constraints, capacity, shortages, downtime, and quality concerns
• coordinate with planning, materials, quality, maintenance, engineering, assembly, and shipping
• support corrective action, coaching, standard work, and continuous improvement
• enforce safety procedures and escalate uncontrolled risks.
