What you'll do

• Independently manage an active caseload
• take and defend party and expert depositions
• draft pleadings and motions
• prepare and argue motions before trial courts
• conduct legal research
• handle discovery and motion practice
• participate in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts
• communicate with clients and provide case updates
• assist with appellate matters and other litigation projects as needed.
