What you'll do

• Develop strategy and provide leadership across Adult Services programs
• participate on the Executive Leadership Team
• supervise and coach key staff
• prepare and manage budgets
• identify program growth opportunities and pursue proposals and grants. Lead quality improvement, audits, corrective actions, case reviews, incident reporting, and investigations. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, maintain policies, oversee residential and day habilitation compliance, support staffing, and represent Adult Services with external stakeholders.
