What you'll do
- Source and screen HHA and PCA candidates
- conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- coordinate hiring with regional executives
- manage background checks, references, TB testing, certifications, credential renewals, and compliant caregiver files
- coordinate training and orientation
- support new-hire retention
- track recruiting metrics.
