What you'll do

• Process and reconcile gifts, pledges, grants, and restricted funds
• use Raiser’s Edge NXT to enter, track, report, and reconcile gift activity
• prepare financial reports, fund statements, and supporting schedules
• produce fundraising progress reports and dashboards
• process vendor payments, reimbursements, contracts, and other Advancement expenditures
• assist with audits, tax reporting, and compliance
• manage gift acknowledgments and donor stewardship communications
• collaborate with Advancement, Finance, and program teams
• and maintain data integrity and operating procedures.
