The Digital Product Launch Operations Manager role is fully onsite in Plano, TX, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Pay is $76 per hour. West Coast Logistics is recruiting for a client described as a leading global consumer electronics and technology company. The manager coordinates end-to-end digital product launches, product detail page lifecycle, campaigns, and site operations across business, marketing, engineering, development, quality assurance, legal, and global stakeholders. The role uses operational governance and performance data to keep launches on schedule and improve digital commerce experiences.

What you'll do

• Manage launch timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness
• align cross-functional stakeholders
• identify and resolve launch risks
• validate product, content, pricing, promotional, inventory, and site requirements
• manage SKU onboarding and product detail page lifecycle
• coordinate campaign setup and localization
• conduct pre- and post-launch quality assurance
• establish workflows and reporting
• analyze performance indicators and recommend digital experience improvements.
