What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and safe use of assistive devices
• measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed
• assist with care-related household tasks, laundry, linens, meal preparation, and feeding
• provide companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes or safety concerns
• work within CNA scope and the care plan
• complete documentation
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• protect confidentiality
• respond to emergencies and report incidents
• participate in required training.
