Commercial HVAC Project Manager / Estimator

The Commercial HVAC Project Manager / Estimator role is initially remote, with regular onsite project and customer visits in Utica, NY, and Central New York. Base salary is $100,000–$125,000 per year, with a bonus opportunity of $25,000 or more. Airside Technology LLC is a commercial and industrial HVAC contractor building its presence in the Utica market. The role estimates commercial HVAC work, wins projects, and manages awarded jobs from kickoff through closeout. It coordinates customers, field crews, vendors, subcontractors, and the Syracuse office while tracking project costs, schedules, progress, and profitability.

What you'll do

• Prepare estimates and proposals
• review plans, specifications, drawings, site conditions, and scopes
• perform takeoffs and obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing. Manage awarded projects through scheduling, purchasing, coordination, documentation, change orders, billing support, and closeout. Track budgets, labor, materials, schedules, progress, and profitability
• visit jobsites
• build customer relationships
• and help grow the Utica market.
