What you'll do

• Organize and supervise daily sterile processing activities
• participate in candidate selection
• supervise and train staff in decontamination, preparation, packaging, sterilization, and sterile storage
• ensure competency and quality control
• coach staff and support performance improvement
• process instruments according to manufacturers’ instructions
• maintain documentation
• verify and reconcile patient charges and work with billing to resolve discrepancies
• assist with supplies and inventory.
