What you'll do

• Recommend and administer basic and advanced therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
• Perform arterial blood gases, neonatal procedures, trauma care, and ventilator transports
• Function as a resource to RCP I and RCP II staff
• Participate and lead advanced patient education
• Actively participate in departmental operations
• Follow written physician orders
• Perform patient assessments
• Provide expert respiratory advice
• Document appropriately in medical records
• Remain current in respiratory care through continuing education
• Ensure safe care to patients, staff, and visitors.
