What you'll do

  • Perform skilled plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs
  • maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • conduct preventive maintenance and complete work orders
  • inspect, test, and coordinate maintenance for fire alarms and elevators
  • complete painting projects
  • diagnose and repair electrical circuits and equipment
  • keep spaces clean, safe, and hazard-free
  • coordinate with internal teams and contractors
  • respond to on-call needs, including weekends and holidays
  • follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
