What you'll do
- Build and develop engineering teams
- coach and mentor leaders and individual contributors
- lead governance across systems engineering, software engineering, and project leadership
- own workforce and succession planning, resource allocation, and budgets
- manage estimates, schedules, risks, and metrics
- collaborate on product requirements and roadmaps
- sponsor model-based systems engineering, digital thread, and modern development practices
- drive continuous improvement and AI adoption
- partner with other product lines and senior stakeholders
- serve as technical liaison with customers, suppliers, and regulators when required.
