What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and vendors
• carry out security procedures and site policies
• monitor facility access, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and delivery records
• respond to incidents and critical situations
• observe entry-area activity and report unusual conditions
• maintain daily activity reports and incident documentation.
