What you'll do

• Manage project execution and schedule
• read and understand scopes, schedules, and plans
• oversee quality and subcontractor work
• enforce site safety and security
• schedule subcontractors, testing, and inspections
• prepare daily reports and updates
• coordinate utilities and Blue Stake
• communicate with clients and project teams
• maintain clean sites and closeout documents
• manage permits
• track vendors, equipment, time, and material tickets
• notify project managers of scope changes, cost impacts, RFIs, and delays.
