What you'll do

• Develop and monitor a comprehensive annual development plan
• cultivate and steward individual, corporate, foundation, and community donors
• manage major-gift prospects and grant proposals
• coordinate campaigns, events, and sponsorships
• support fundraising volunteers and board committees
• maintain donor records, analyze results, and report performance
• collaborate with YMCA leadership and staff.
