Regional Manager — Multifamily Property Operations

• direct work and support hiring and evaluations
• resolve resident complaints
• oversee applications, renewals, reports, and file audits
• coordinate maintenance and apartment turns
• inspect properties and review market conditions
• maintain resident communication and service standards.
