The Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury) role is onsite in Houston, TX, with compensation of $30–$45 per hour or more, depending on experience. Cruitin is partnering with a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm to identify a paralegal for its litigation work. The paralegal supports attorneys through litigation by managing court documents and discovery, coordinating case activities, maintaining organized records, and assisting with trial preparation. This work helps the legal team manage deadlines and provide client service throughout cases.

What you'll do

• Draft, file, and manage pleadings and court documents
• prepare, serve, and respond to discovery requests
• communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, and witnesses about case progress and deadlines
• coordinate depositions, hearings, medical examinations, and other litigation activities
• organize case files, evidence, and records
• assist with expert designations, subpoenas, and trial preparation
• provide exhibit management and courtroom assistance.
